Hotel Travel Card Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a contract between you and The Hotel Travel Card program (fulfilled by One Stop Travel, LLC), their owners, sponsors, distributors, assigns, agents, affiliates and administrators (also referred to as One Stop Travel LLC). The redemption of your Hotel Travel Card on the www.myHotelTravelCard.com website signifies your complete understanding and acceptance of these Terms. - All hotel or resort reservations must be booked through One Stop Travel to receive your discount. The discount will be 12% to 40% (excluding taxes) depending on the participating hotel or resort. The discount will be applied at the time of booking. The remaining balance will also be payable at the time of booking. The remaining credit on The Hotel Travel Card can be used for future reservations until the total dollar amount on your card is expended.
- Discounts do NOT apply to taxes or resort fees.
- Only one card may be used per booking.
- Reservations must be made at least 7 business days in advance of the requested travel date.
- The Hotel Travel Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit. The Hotel Travel Cards are not credit or debit cards and have no implied warranties.
- All reservations are final and cannot be changed, canceled or refunded
- This card is issued by One Stop Travel, LLC, which reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time, without notice.
- One Stop Travel, LLC, their owners, sponsors, distributors, assigns, agents, affiliates and administrators (including The Hotel Travel Card) act only as order processors for the hotel/resort, and suppliers, and do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, injury, accident, death or damage to any persons or property, whatsoever, experienced with any supplier or any hotel/condo or resort or in transit to and from said venues, and make no warranty of any kind with respect to the good or services offered by any hotel/condo or other supplier. One Stop Travel, LLC, owners, sponsors, distributors, assigns, agents, affiliates, and administrators will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdown, war, acts of God, labor disputes, failure or delay of suppliers or systems, including communications and power systems, fire, sabotage, embargo or any other matters beyond its reasonable control.
- One Stop Travel, LLC, their owners, sponsors, distributors, assigns, agents, affiliates and administrators are not responsible should the price of the Hotel/Condo or Resort decrease after the rooms are booked and confirmed.
- One Stop Travel, LLC, their owners, sponsors, distributors, assigns, agents, affiliates and administrators are not responsibility for any renovation that the hotel/condo or resort are doing at the time of your reservation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to use The Hotel Travel Card.
- A ten (10) day advance notice is required. All reservations are final and cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
- Offer not valid where prohibited, restricted or taxed. By purchasing/activating/registering, participants agree to be bound by these offer terms and the decisions of One Stop Travel, LLC, which are final and binding.
- One Stop Travel, LLC, is an approved ARC travel agency.
- One Stop Travel can't take over an existing reservation.
